Alexa Williamson
Relationship with my spirit and with Source has been an ever guiding and evolving, unfolding embodiment. It has nurtured in me deep respect for the sacred journey of each sentient being and life as a whole. With this reverence, I acknowledge and invite each person's highest self - as defined by their own being and authentic inner knowing - to come through every level of their embodiment with the fullest potential health available in each moment. This applies to individuals as well as classes, health personally and professionally, in right relationship between one's own consciousness and that of the body of work in its current state of development and evolution.
The modalities I work with are Biodynamic Craniosacral, Polarity Therapy, and RYSE in private practice and in teaching, where additional combinations of movement, breathwork, meditation and sound are also complementary aspects.

During this time, Stephen apprenticed with his shaman, and continued to explore a number of different modalities, including acupuncture, sound healing, Reiki, Structural Energetic Technique, myofascial release, chiropractic, and others. Mary began doing transforming work with people in 1998 as a certified IMPACT instructor for a full impact self defense program, a 24 hour training in which she taught people to break free from the freeze response and physically defend themselves. She began to study Polarity Therapy. This brought her fascination deeper into the body and energy systems, broadening her understanding of how people get stuck on many levels as a result of life experience and their response to it. This led Mary to go to Massage School to understand more about the body, the physiology, the nervous system, anatomy, how it all works together.
