Rent the Space

The Residential Space on the second floor space was originally an Odd Fellows Meeting Hall built in 1901. This building is completely new on the inside and we have restored the architectural features inside creating a beautiful space. The second floor can sleep up to 10 people. It has a fully stocked kitchen: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer and dryer, with ample counter space, and cabinetry. The ceilings are 14 feet high, there is a huge shower with a riverstone floor and tiled walls. There is a separate toilet room, a shower room, and two bathroom sinks. The second floor has the option to use the bathroom downstairs in the studio as a second bathroom as an option for a fee. Please speak with Debby about this. There are 3 bedrooms with bunks in them, and two of the rooms have double beds. The living room has a large sectional couch. The dining area has a large dining table. There is wifi, and a large wall movable TV. Heat is a gas Renai heater that is in each room, with zone heating in the bedrooms, the kitchen and bathroom. There is also a mini-split for Air conditioning and heating in the main living area, with separate air conditioners in the bedrooms. The windows are large and open up to tons of light, with a view of the skiing/ biking mountain from the living area. Most of the living area is in the back of the building so it is quiet and not facing Route 2/Main Street. There is a deck off the back spiral stairs facing the Deerfield river about a football field away. The deck overlooks the Hawlemont elementary school and a gorgeous grassy field. The Deerfield river is a short walk across the elementary school field. There is a basketball court, softball field, soccer field, and tennis court next to the building.
